Planning Lead
I have planned more than 500 luxury weddings across Bali as lead planner at Amazing Bali Events, and a member of the Bali Wedding Association. I know this island by heart, and I will come to know your wedding just as intimately

FILMING LEAD
I have spent nearly a decade making films for brands around the world as the founder of Lucid Creative. I will bring that same eye for story and detail to the most personal film of your life, your wedding day.
We built Lucid Weddings because no one else was doing both things properly at once, so you would never have to choose.
And it all begins with a simple message.

Tell us about you and the day you are dreaming of.
We meet, get to know you, and shape the vision together.
We build every detail around you, and keep you calm the whole way through.
You stay fully present while we quietly take care of everything.
After your honeymoon, you relive it all through film and photos made to last.
Share a few details and we will be in touch soon to start shaping your Bali wedding.
We plan across Bali and Indonesia, usually six to twelve months ahead. We read every enquiry ourselves and reply within a day, with a few times to talk. No pressure, just the first step towards the day you have imagined.
With Lucid Weddings, elopements start from US$2,500 and weddings start from US$4,000, with most couples investing between US$10,000 and US$20,000. At the top end, luxury weddings range from US$40,000 to US$150,000 and beyond. Where you land depends on your guest numbers, your venue and how much photo and film coverage you want. We build a clear quote around your date and your priorities, and we plan the day and capture it under one roof.
Every Bali wedding is built around your final requirements, and depending on what you choose we can arrange: Permits and venue coordination: securing legal access and preparing the site. Wedding styling and floral design: elegant arches, bouquets and décor curated to match your theme. An English speaking celebrant: for symbolic or religious ceremonies. Professional photography and videography: to capture the magic of your day. Bridal hair and makeup: a natural yet flawless look that suits your setting. Planning and coordination on the day: from timelines to setup, we handle everything. Optional honeymoon add ons: romantic dinners, luxury accommodation and experiences after the wedding. Because we plan the day and capture it ourselves, the coverage is built around the moments that matter to you.
We plan several styles of Bali wedding, and we match the setting and the coverage to the one you choose. Our most requested are: Villa weddings: a private estate for you and your guests, often with a pool, accommodation and staff on site. Chapel weddings: a ceremony in one of Bali's glass chapels, many set above the ocean with walls that frame the view. Beach weddings: your ceremony on the sand with the ocean and sunset behind you. Garden weddings: lush tropical greenery, from manicured lawns to jungle settings. Clifftop weddings: high above the ocean, most often on the Uluwatu cliffs, for dramatic views and light. Waterfall weddings: an intimate ceremony at one of Bali's jungle waterfalls, available as an elopement. Luxury weddings: a full production with the finest venues and suppliers and celebrations that can run across several days, from US$40,000 to US$150,000 and beyond.
Yes. Intimate weddings and elopements are among our most requested days, with elopements starting from US$2,500. They suit couples who want something private and personal, whether that is just the two of you or a small gathering of your closest people. A waterfall elopement in the jungle is one of our most loved options, and we plan the venue, the ceremony and the photo and film coverage so a smaller day still feels considered and complete.
We plan Bali weddings of every size, from a two person elopement to large celebrations with a full guest list. The right venue depends on your numbers, so we match the setting to your headcount, whether that is an intimate villa or a large clifftop estate. Tell us your rough guest count and we shortlist venues that fit comfortably.
Yes, and it is what sets Lucid Weddings apart. We are a wedding planning and cinematic content studio, so the same team that plans your Bali wedding also captures it in photo and film. Your photographer and videographer already know the run sheet, the light and the moments to watch for, and you receive photography and a cinematic film that reflect the day you planned.
Yes, we offer drone coverage as part of our cinematic content. Aerial shots reveal the full scale of a clifftop, beach or jungle setting and give your film a cinematic opening with sweeping views of your venue. Drone coverage can be included in your package depending on the location and any local flying rules.
Bali offers clifftop, beachfront, jungle and private villa venues, and the best one depends on your guest numbers, style and budget. Our premium areas are Uluwatu, known for its clifftop settings above the ocean, and Canggu, with its beachside and villa venues. We shortlist venues that fit your vision and handle the liaison for you, so you choose from options that genuinely suit your day.
The best time to marry in Bali is the dry season, from around April to October, when you get clear skies and warm, sunny days. The wet season, roughly November to March, brings short tropical showers and lush green scenery, and it still makes a beautiful wedding with a flexible plan. We help you pick a date that balances weather, venue availability and cost.
We build a wet weather plan into every wedding, so your day runs smoothly whatever the sky does. Bali's rain tends to come in short bursts rather than all day, and most venues have covered or indoor options we hold ready. We watch the forecast in the lead up and adjust the timeline so you are never caught out.
Yes. We arrange full legal weddings in Bali as well as symbolic ceremonies, and we cater to all major nationalities. We guide you through the paperwork for whichever you choose, and because the right path depends on your nationality and your situation, we talk it through early and handle the legal requirements for you.
For a legal wedding in Bali, the exact paperwork depends on your nationality, and we guide you through everything you need for your situation. We coordinate the documents and the registration process for you, and we talk it through early so nothing is left to the last minute. We cater to all major nationalities for legal weddings.
Yes, we provide an experienced English speaking celebrant as part of your wedding, catering to whatever your ceremony calls for. Our celebrants lead symbolic or non-legal ceremony, and renewal ceremony only. It is all handled in house, so your ceremony is planned, led and captured by one team.
Most of our couples plan their Bali wedding from Australia, and we run the whole process remotely. We handle venue liaison, suppliers and coordination on the ground in Bali, keep you updated at each stage, and manage the day itself so you arrive and enjoy it. You do not need to be in Bali to plan a wedding you will love.
It depends on the size of your day. An elopement can be planned in as little as two weeks, while a full wedding can come together from about three months out. Ideally we recommend six to twelve months, because Bali is a popular destination and the best venues book out early, so a longer lead time gives you the widest choice of dates and settings. If your date is sooner, get in touch anyway, since we can often make shorter timelines work.
Yes, we offer honeymoon add ons you can pair with your wedding, from private romantic dinners to luxury villa stays and experiences around the island. Since you are already in Bali, it is the perfect place to move straight from your wedding into your honeymoon. We tailor the add ons to how you want to unwind after the day.
